Paradise Beach Pilot Archives

On August 6, 2002, Sacramento Dog Owners Group and other stakeholders went before the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors to ask that Paradise Beach become a pilot program for off-leash recreation for a period of two years. It was voted down, with only Muriel Johnson voting in favor.

We fought hard and our presentation was professional, robust, and educational. Our thanks to Kim Kuenlen for getting it on the agenda!
